Shoreview Siding operates as a contractor matching and informational service that may connect property owners with independent, third-party siding contractors serving Shoreview, Minnesota and surrounding areas. Shoreview Siding is not a siding contractor and does not perform siding repair, siding replacement, installation, soft wash cleaning, inspection, or other construction services. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control contractors. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions and providing general information related to siding projects.
3. Independent Contractors and No Guarantee
Contractors introduced through Shoreview Siding are independent third parties. Shoreview Siding does not guarantee contractor availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, materials, schedules, permits, warranties, code compliance, or project outcomes. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring. Any contract for siding or related work is solely between you and the contractor, and Shoreview Siding is not a party to that agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shoreview Siding and its owners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for damages arising from or related to your use of the website, contractor matching service, communications with a contractor, or work performed or not performed by a contractor. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by law.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting a contractor matching request. You are responsible for reviewing estimates, project scopes, contracts, licenses, insurance information, references, permits, warranties, and other contractor-provided information before authorizing work. You are also responsible for all decisions, communications, payments, and agreements between you and any contractor.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials made available through Shoreview Siding are owned by Shoreview Siding or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

To the extent a dispute must be resolved in court and applicable law permits the parties to agree on venue, the parties agree to the state or federal courts located in or serving Ramsey County, Minnesota.
